He is a Canadian citizen. Why do we go gaga over when some sportsmen or academics of Indian origin who are born and brought up overseas chose to visit India? They or their parents /forefathers chose to abandon India in search for greener pastures. so why do we glorify them ?

He's a Canadian Citizen. Why's he called an 'Ethnic Indian' in the first place? This kind of 'second-hand' self-esteem needs to be stopped immediately. His parents migrated to Canada and he is a 'true-blue-Canadian' whose parents are of 'Indian origin'.

He is of Goan Origin. Goan's have always been very talented and good hearted people. I will cheer for him along with India.
