Congress has to be wiped out of Indian political scenario and its hand symbol kept in the Indian holocaust museum. The coming generation must know what Kangress and the autocratic dynasty stood for
MM Singh and Sonia Gandhi(madam takes only bouquets, not brickbats or responsibility for any misdeed by her Govt) must answer the Infdian Taxpayers, The Common Wealth and the athletes.. It's a shame to Bharat that these two are at the helm of affairs and they messed up our image so much before the world. The less said about the Prince (reservation kid) the better.. Let him not show his spponfed chubby face to public during CWG.
How about Obama's visit? Will it really happen considering the way things are organised in our country.

Poor readiness and corruption et al but Dont get fooled.. Everybody has an ulterior motive... eg. New Zealand Chef de Mission believes he can still take the games to Hamilton(which lost out to Delhi).
For many days I have been wondering about this question..but sadly, have not been able to come with answer.. Is it for the athletes..doesn't seem like it with all the news channels, blogs, newspapers filled with every story about the games except the athletes..
Is it for the people of delhi?? Hardly seems so..with all the mess..perhaps we would be rather glad once these games are over.. Then who is it really for??

It is for north india and north indians. In such a 'super power' country lol...there seems to be no other city that Delhi politicians and babus will ever allow infrastructure investments aka looting.
So the answer to your questions has to be - the benefit of north indian tussi mainus.
Delhi treats the rest of the country like an ATM machine from which to withdraw and spend on itself. No one minds the looting, but atleast when teh nations pride is at stake cant you semi literate uncultured paan spitting north Indians reduce yoru corruption.

thanks brother ...thanks for generalizing entire population for the sake of your narrow minded linguistic & regional division..can't u see its all politician who are doing these things..and they came from all over India..I'ld be same enthusiast if this game commenced in Chennai or Hyderabad..or in northeast states.

Sethu Anna, dont do this at this time. Everyone together has to condemn this whether you are a South Indian Anna or North Indian Babu. Our own Kalaignars, YSRs, Gowdas and Chetans have looted south india left and right.
Cant understand why we go for big things like CWG when our people who have no food water power jobs are uncared for.Look at China everything comes after patriotism ,love of own people ,they never go to please foreigners who have self interest and own agenda,who really cares for games in India mostly fixed up that too.Look inwards and see our own talent our strenghts strive to achieve for country and our people Change we can if we have a leader true one like Dr Kalam or VS Achuthanadan .Message is dont show to world something great when all we have is beggars,corrupt politicians,lack of roads infrastructure and mosquitoes dengue and dogs all over .Show the world what we have in plenty.Sad day for all Indians and India .Unless we look after our own like China India will never be a powerful country.Imagine police not having vehicles or guns,no cameras at venue and not knowing where the goons have disappeared.

VS may be an idiot, and I was not a fan of his either. But give credit where it is due. That guy has tried to pull the rod out and straighten his own corrupt communist people in kerala, and for what it is worth has been pushing hard to get projects done on time.
While everythign is rotten in Indian politics, we must give credit where it is due.
Its not the time to comment on...still there are 10 more days...wait for the games to start and end..If the OC is not delivered...not Kalmadi but..PM should quite. He was there for the last 6 years in office.
