A commendable & praiseworthy effort by Mrs.Mary Kom. She really deserves applause for her hard work & perseverance. She bought glory to India & to Manipur. Winning GOLD for 5th consecutive time is no mean achievement. Salutes to her. Thanks for making us proud.
gold medalist Sushil Kumar in world wrestling and now gold medal in World boxing lightweight category. This shows the immense talent that is there in the country but is in raw stage and needs proper coaching skills and international exposure.
We have to move in the direction to produce many more Mary Koms and Sushil Kumars in the future
mary kom's achievement in boxing is bigger than sachin in cricket or saina in tennis. both sachin and saina have done nothing but all the time getting overhyped by media. sachin has never won a major tournament for all he achieved is his own statistics and saina got khel ratna without winning a medal either in world level tournament nor olympics.

i think u r absolutely right. in india, we should give importance and encourage young generation to take sports other than cricket. i think cricket is absoulutely bakwaas game and it is a sport not played by many nations. other sports are included in olympics.best of luck mrs. mary we are proud of you.
I'm surprised to see very few comments for the World Champion. This shows how much have we concern even for cheering up players of other sports except cricket. Well done.. Mary and Sushil..
