Praful,are you speaking politically or sincerely? your wishes are good,but these Deora picked guys will not be enough to achieve that..you need natural talent..better go to north east,pick up talents from Manipur,Assam,Meghalaya,Mizoram,etc,go to Goa,Kerala and Pnjab and pick up and train them well..yes,there will be possibility of breaking into the top 100.
