the author of this article means paes & bhupathi would combine 2gether in the CWG for one last time. my comment is paes & bhupathi together, or with their respective partners in men's & mixed doubles may have won many titles including grand slam ones, but what is their contribution in individual men's event, knocked out in the 1st/2nd/@most 3rd round.no one remembers doubles winners they get prize money i.e 10% of the individual winners. it is in india a hero starved country that they are given hero's welcome, whereas mary kom has won a world title for the 5th time but finds no mention in the rediff headlines, just because she does not belong to the elite class.

agree with u partially.... yes mary kom headline should have been here but its more abt the game she plays than her social CLASS.... remember how sushil kumar's gold was covered by all ONLY LAST WEEK... he also is from a non-elite class...
I dont think Leander will want them to be back together. Leander with his new partner has been doing rather well whereas mahesh has been struggling. Even yesterday Leander was carrying more of the burden. Partnering Mahesh at this stage will put more of a strain on Leander and will shorten his career. Partnering younger players may be best for both their careers.
if they had stayed together.. they would have had enough slams by now n as good as bryan bros.. unfortunately.. even this rare talent could not be togther
Lee and Hesh should set aside their differences and team up to try to win grand slams and call a day within a fw years. they r truly the greatest Indian doubles pair to even play on the court. My salutations to the great pair for their long winning streak in Davis Cup
