He was simply the best player in the world for 8 years 1998-2006. With him France won 1998 World Cup, Euro 2000 and reached 2006 World cup final. In 2002 World cup he was injured and hence French got eliminated in group stage. Brazil coach in 2006 called him a monster for the impact he used to make on the pitch. Nobody is as good as him even now.
