it is great to see some football news in rediff. In India, most people are interested in cricket only and if at all they know some thing about football - it is limted to Santhosh Trophy, World Cup Football and to some extend European (played by countries from Europe qualified for the tournament) Many are unaware or not even interested in Spanish Leauge, English Premier League, Italian League, German League etc and also Champions League and European Cup. These people ar not even aware that these club football are even more itnerestign to watch than world cup football. because in many clubs there are top players from different countires. Even my knowledge about football was limited to Santhosh Tropy and World cup only until 10 years ago. I wish those who love football watch European club football.

rediff has been faithfull to spanish and english football for a long time.. the rss from rediff sports is always filled with football news.
