No wonder his former wife divorced him

If this is the attitude of a distinguished Tennis Player who cannot distinguish between love and affection of a father towards his son (which makes the father give proper education to his son) and converts it into a financial arrangement (agreement), one can understand what kind of relationship he had with his former wife Shweta. No wonder she divorced him

A father is legally supportive of his ward till 18yrs. After that its voluntary father love. Dont mix issues, nor this bullshit of Hindu interpretation as there was no income tax in ancient times. There is no govt monetary social security net for oldage Indians. So this father is definitely entitled to payment whenever his ward can achieve it, it being stupid to think that the ward can repay expenses the moment college or training is completed. Also any kid knows that sports training is cost intensive.

if this is case everyone entitle to tax break.
by savekarfrombjp on Oct 24, 2010 01:14 PM  | Hide replies

if HC give verdict in his favor, most of people india are entitle to tax break. There is an upper limit to education loan that too from certain banks not from your parents and relative. Sports star should role model to country instead showing path to loot country. It is so shame, he earn in million in $, and want to avoid complete tax on 28lahk. WOW, you made karnataka proud.

he is still a small fish as compare to many billionaires using loopholes in system for looting countries. Whatever may be the reason, it will open up lahk of cases and one of excuse to avoid tax. Like with many people, my parents spent over 10lahk for my education, living and food. If I go court and win case, government has to pay back all the tax I paid for 5 years in India.
