This sports needs lots of temporments...like saina...you need to be cool headed..if not you can never suceed..... here she won beacuse her partner was too good...she should not think that it is beacuae of her...she was playing only a supporting role... i am sure this lady will not last long...

Lasting long is a different matter. What I am trying to pint out is, why is she saying that she played with vengence (on those who are linking her with Azhar) and that the win will make them silent? She might have played support role. We should be happy that she did not s*r*w up that role which enabled us win the doubles.
Most probably she is looking at the glam world and trying to build her base for that. After all Badminton may not get her the money she may be wanting.....

Absured! Jwala has been one of the finest players of India for long. Along with V Diju, she is one of the top mixed doubles players in th world. Aswini's strength is her smashes but mentally she is still week. And this is where the international experience and never-say-die attitude of Jwala helped in. She had along with Diju had played steller role in taking India to finals in Mixed team competition too at the CWG before the individula glory. Definitely she was hurt with Verma who has been lording over Badminton Association for over a decade just using his political contacts. As the president of Badminton Association he should have been the first one to wish her. But he refrained. So what's wrong if Jwala goes public about her resentment? Verma is not the face of Badminton in India but Jwala surely is. She is 100% right with her public dig at her critics because these are the persons who tried to sabotage her carrier just because she stood against the moroon called Verma. She kept silent then and proved through her performance as who was correct. Even if she has relationship with Azhar, why the Badminton Association should worry about it? Her hubby and her relations should be worried. Association's role is limited to her professional committments and not personal. Let's stand by talent and not system which sabotages talent. Talents like Jwala need our support. Even after being one of the top players in the international circuit, she is without sponsorship. How pathetic!

If someone had criticized her game and her ability to win, then she can say that the win would silence those critics.
We see regularly in cricket where they say, the batsman is using his bat to do the talking (and silence the critics).
Let her also win more and more, silence her critics (of her game).

My question is why is she saying that gold medal win is the reply to those who are talking ill about her and Azhar? I agree, her relationship / no relationship is her personal matter. Then why should she herself bring in that point in the interviews?
If one is a great player, he / she should win irrespective of what is happening outside. She did mention that BAI chief didn't even greet them after the win and I do agree with her views there. Why should she think that she replied to Verma (who is to have started the romour) by winning the gold?
