Suresh Kalmadi and Lalit Bhanot should have their accounts frozen, and then be held in an undeclared place till such a time that people forget about them--like next week--after which they should be hanged. Essar co. should have their licences revoked, their properties reposessed, and their accounts frozen immediately.
Not just Kalmadi, other crooks and incompetents like sheila dipshit, MS Gill and Jaypal reddy is also involved in corruption, they should be punished along with kalmadi and this enquiry shouldn;t be an eyewash.
Indian DIRTY Media, proven good in pushing the entire corruption ball game onto a single scapegoat is again proven with CWG mass corruption. Better, media play a positive role in unravelling the corruption through investigation committee constituted by PMO if it real.
Pushing the entire blame on herald of corruption like Kalmadi will ultimately cover up the corruption accountable from a. Delhi Governance b. Sports Ministry c. Urban Development Ministry d. Dirty Mouth politicians , Corrupted bureaucrats and administrators
Like, Kalmadi we have already seen another scapegoat Raja in 2G spectrum hiding the DMK party, IPL Modi scapegoat hiding BCCI, RBI and Pawar .....
Hope, Media plays a responsible role and wait till investigation committee unravels the truth and don't cover up the DIRTY politicians and lobbyists by pushing the entire blame ONLY on Kalmadi...

Nothing will happen, because every Congressi has taken money. Do you know the Commitee, which has been formed by Sonia Puppet Manmohan, all are Congressi, two outside judiciary member, who also are pro-congress. Now, you can well imagine the Comittee Report. By that time, people of india will forget everything.
Whether he is from Congress or any other political party is irrelevant here as he proved himself to be an ace inept corrupt politician and should be brought to book! I hope this inquiry doesn't remain in papers only and due action and justice taken.
When you write on an public forum that also about a public figure/Official you should be cautious about your observations and Conclusions. No body in under the Sun is fool proof
mr. nadar with due regards to your own personal views...though mr kalmadi has done anything or not, its a matter of CAG to deal with....why the hell we are not appreciating the good works done by him....delhi games have been successful as declared by the top authorities...why should we not rejoice...comeon he was the chairperson and he desrves a large chunk of this success...thanking sbdy or not is a matter of personal choice and not the need...be generous dude!!

amrendra - i am full support of ur view . if this game is sucessful it because of kalmadi and company. PM or CM has not done any magic to solve issue in last one week . It kalmadi and company who has done all these work to put infrastuctue in last 3 years. only matter is media and writer likr those who has written in rediif does not have sense of humar what to write .. we shd investiage corruption charge again all person envolve and Delhi govermenet also and punsih those including kalmadi .. but dont blame kalmadi poor guy who has made this game sucessfull

Kalmadi is and will remain an offender and centre of hate for every Indian. He does not deserve a forgiving in the name of good show. A number of agencies had taken over at the eleventh hour to save the nations honour. Kalmadi does does not deserve credit for this. Appreciating Kalmadi and forgetting his misdeeds is part of a big conspiracy so as to create a positive environment for him, since he might not have pocketed entire money. Genuine investigation may lead to some big fish. An unpleasant situation.
No terrorist attack took place during games and Only people who were disappointed were.. bjp/rss people as their plan for terrorist attack in colloboration with LET and taliban failed.Now they are having high level meeting with LET and taliban in Peshawar to do 'CHINTAN BAITHAK' why they failed.
