by Vishnu Prasad on Oct 17, 2010 12:14 PM

CONGRATULATIONS to INDIAN SPORTS FEDERATION for successfully hosting
2010-DELHI. AFter an AWESOME OPENING ceremony and scintillating performances
of the INDIAN ATHLETEs at the CWG ,the GAMES has come to fascinating conclusion
kudos to all the people like technicians, organisers, volunteers
sports persons, and all those who were involved in the CONDUCTING OF DELHI CWG games.
it was very pathetic of INDIAN MEDIA who instead of raising the morale of
INDIAN SPORTS FEDERATion created a contorversy of the people involved
in this games! INDIAN SPORTS FEDERATION hav successfully came UNSCATHED of all the CRITICISM
by the media and proved that INDIA can host any sporting event.
This games has brought INDIA in the GLOBAL SPORTING SCENARIO and it
is the beginning of future events like ASIAN GAMES and OLYMPICS.

Kodos to all the Indian sports partcipants and winners for the stunning achivements at CWG. You done us proud. Not only you achived for yourself but won appriciations from the home and rest of world. You washed away the humilation which was building for the country before the games.
But sorry to add this line - Please get rid of all the currupt officials who put our reputation on line before the start of games. If we fail show Mr Kalmadi door's it would be evident that it is not him alone but the whole IOC is currupt. It is not Daal mein Kala, but the whole Dal is Kali.

Let us start investigating the corruption!!!
by VASUDEVAN V on Oct 15, 2010 11:11 AM  | Hide replies

Now that the Commonwealth Games are over, let the Government begin the probe in to the corruption charges. After all 70,000 crore rupees have been spent. To have a fair probe, first sack Kalmadi, Jaipal Reddy, M.S.Gill and Sheila Dikshit, all partners in crime who were passing the buck of failure from one to the other before the games started. Now that the games have turned out well thanks to the superlative performance of our athletes and the common man who thronged the stadiums whenever Indians were involved, the politicians are gloating and rushing to take the credit. One could see Sheila Dikshit, Jaipal Reddy and others sitting on podium in the closing ceremony with a huge smile on their faces. Wipe off those smiles by sacking the four of them immediately and give a true statement of account to the people of the 70,000 crore spent.

Why sack? Put them behind bars. They put the image and reputation of the whole country on line. May be they should be charged for treachery. These guys are useless scums, and would never miss any opportunity to steal credit of what ever happened.

UNFORGETTABLE
by sanjay dinkar on Oct 15, 2010 10:01 AM  | Hide replies

Delhi game was a success due to the athletes and not the Organizing committee.

Looks like Mike Fennell was also a party to the corruption gang alongwith Suresh Kalmadi & all other politicians and members involkved in money making from the commonwealth.

This buggesr Suresh Kalmadi has started talking of Olyampics. He wants to make 5 times more money that he made in CWG..

Keep it up GOOD WORK Mr. Kalmadi. You should be the mentor in teaching how to Sdrew the country & countrymen.

Now please give the credit where it is due

An ex-Airforce pilot, with his military discipline and sheer determination took all the criticism like the bullets on his aircraft during the 1971 Pakistan war. Mani Shankar Aiyar should show the courage to come forward and congratulate the soldier for the show that he put up to make India proud world over. When things were seemed falling apart Kalmadi was made the only scape goat, no one was ready to share the failure with him. Now when he has delivered the sole credit should go to him and slightly to Ms Dixit. No one else.
Lets not be hypocrits and lets show grace in congratulating Mr Suresh Kalmadi.

Sheila Dixit suddenly seems on an overdrive to give interviews in media. Just 15 days earlier she was running away from the media. LOL.
