cool down dear...Indian Sport federation(S) structure is like this..it can't changed in a day...and it is the biggest reason y out players failed on major events.... If someone is doing good inspite of all these hurdles,is bcoz of their own courage and not bcoz of these useless federations (who only know to take credits)...

The collusion between them has lead to such a sorry state of affairs in sporting arena.Let no one get carried away by these medals in CWG where most records are not even sufficient for qualification mark in Olympics.The Associations need to bring sports persons to manage the sports like BCCI & only administrative work should be taken care by governing bodies if India wants to even register its presence in Olympics.
