CWG have passed a true spirit of winning among all Indians. Great
by NITIN KURVE on Oct 12, 2010 01:29 PM

All this brilliant outcome in CWG filled up a lot of people with a passion and a enthusiasm to carry on the spirit of wonderful performances on the actual ground level.
It very much let the people like me to act and contribute in a real way in the development of our various sports in the immediate future.

Being a Development Planning professional, I have been used to undertake various planning, conceptulization and creation and establishment of new projects for the development of the people, culture, nature and the future as the motton of our non-governmental organisation in Nagpur.
And here comes a wonderful idea and clear imagination of what can be easily reflect in future course of development of various sportsperson in our rural India. Really, it doesn't take too much of money, but just a right spirit and an honest handling of all prospects.
Be it the tiny, but I'm sure to take a step ahead to present a movement of mass sports person development from our rural India. Its a great feeling that we can do so and achieve a feet for our nation across the world. REally, a little beginning is too much to cause a lasting impact on our development as a true human through the sports mission. For, the true spirit, competition, zeal, pride everything goes so high when you represent a nation and its showed that the CWG like events can really cause to build a national harmony and our everlasting companionship to rise as a whole - as a complete nation in the world.

Gagan Narang fails in his attempt to win 6 gold medals after Indian team finishes out of podium in men's prone pairs despite him shooting the 2nd best score of the day

Hariom finishes with 580 - that's the reason

NRAI completely at fault here. Hariom has been on antibiotics for last one week. Coach Lapidus says he asked Federation to change him as he is still running fever. But they refused.

Does the CWG Worth the Expenditure ?
by vr hari on Oct 12, 2010 01:08 PM

Considering the fact that these games are not recognised by the Intnl. Olym.Comm, is it worth spending such a huge amount of public money in these. Could well have been spent on the National/State/District Level Games.
World Records Broken, if any, in the CWG would not entered in the Record Books, while in National/State would. so think again....

All those who scored Gold in CWG are real Heros !!!!!
by S Narain on Oct 12, 2010 12:43 PM  | Hide replies

This is best performance by India in CWG games

where there strong team from Ausralia,UK,Canada

SothAfrica,Jamiaca,Kenya...competetion is tough

I forsee that Indian sports would now emerge in

world sport arena of Olympic games and only few

leisure minded would follow cricket....

These games which have little suport from Govt.

for sportsperson would ignite passion for the

world sports and not only make us healthy but

also strong in character also....

I am sick of seeing stupid and dirty serials on

TV/ too much of hype for criket...I am happy

India is waking up finally to the real things

Congratulation to all real heros of CWG...

Best of luck to Hockey team for Semi final
match today evening

Go India Go

True. What u win or lose in cricket is not known outside of 8 countries. But achievements in CWG/Olympics are known in 71 countries/150 countries. These achievements in CWG/Olymics enhance India's stature in the world.
