What Milka has achieved no other indian athlete achieved. His criticism is not on the athletes but on the athletic federation and the govt which is not encouraging athletics or any other sports. Indians talk much and show off just after few wins, Look at boxer Akhil Kumar, he was dancing in the ring before a weak opponent, next match he lost and did not win a medal, Vijender also was saying he can beat Tyson but could not win a gold. Let this Antil who was once banned for doping win a medal next month in asian games and then talk.
I am sure India will win medals even in the sprint/medium /long distance track races too and forever shut "genius" es mouth. If that happens then Milkha should then go onto say India will not win medals in Asian Games 2010 starting November and also say Indian will not win medals in the 2012 Olympic Games
This Commonwealth is a cake walk for Indian athletes... There's not even 10% of the world class athletes participating....
How can u even compare Milkha's achievements with thes below avg athletes...
Antil looks like a doom to the world of athletics and rediff is such a dumb medium to highlight this stpd article.
Sorry Milkha Singh...these people can't understand and imagine the class you are and the achievement u made soooo many years ago on the foreign soil...

Your comments can be judged by our achievement in asian games and olympics. But it is wrong to take away the achievements of athletes in the commonwealth games

milkha singh is such a l00ser, he never brought a single meddle to the country nor did any kind of couragement. All he does is he farts his loud mouth everytime he sees other athletes getting appreciation.

Yr comments are pathetic. Yse Flying Sikh is great. But the athletic standards are improving every day. Winning the Gold even when a couple of them are absent is still fantastic. The previous winner and world champion were there. Whole of India is proud of these athelets. Let us enjoy their glory.

If there is any looser on this forum then he is you a55hole. No matter how many times your mother gives birth to you, you wont be able to achieve a single meddle even in the national level games forget about Commonwealth. Ask your father why did he produce a filth like you.

there are some indians who do not like achievements indians make inany field.themoderatorisamotherfucker.
Thank you Milkha Singh for provoking our average Athletic team. I am sure he will be amongst the happiest persons to note that his predictions have gone wrong.Congrats to all of those who despite the state of affairs at our sports organisation have performed creditably.

what thanks...he is the same person who once said that who braks his record will get Rs.1 lakh, and when a guy broke that milka was no were there to give that amt. just like our politicians......
the oldies think of themselves as larger than life...what milkha singh did was great...but thinking that no indian will win medal in athletics is simply atrocious...it seems that age has taken its toll...time for this guy to head to mental asylum along with bishen singh bedi....
