Why is this even made an article- news and why are so many fools commenting about this. Is this morality lesson immoral India trying to teach. Indians have to be the most immature, stupid, inefficient cowards. Is condoms clogging the shithole even worthy of a news article. If Indians dont know how to live their life then does that mean everybody else that does has to be commented upon. Hell, if condoms where used in the last 60 years this many loosers wouldnt have assembled in one place called India.
The ppl doing this may be foreign possibly Indian athletes who are well trained physically but lost in the competitions and got kicked out - read losers - and have a lot of time on their hands (and other organs)

He came up with a third option, being an hardcore Indian to the bone that he is. The condoms be collected together, be inspected for quality, the useless ones discarded, the useful ones washed plus sterilised, repacked again as new, finally be sold as souvenirs & in the premium market under a befitting brand - CWG.
