Asiad will be a better test of India's capability for winning the medals. There they have to compete with China, japan and korea

Please do not criticize our players, we must appreciate their hard work which they have been doing past few years. I am confident that our players are better than China, Japan & Korea because without having better facilities they are wining medals. Please visit and check under what conditions our poor players are practicing and basic facilities given to them. Also find out what government as well as Sport Ministry has done for these players in past 10 years.

Its ok JulieDarling, We have hosted this CWG so it is our responsibility to make the game success. Also we are winning and there 71 other countries participating.

I think Aussie, Canada, England, SA, Malaysia all are not as bad as you are trying to say. They are also getting good numbers in olympic.

Anyway what r u doing tonight ?

At least these athletes won gold at an international level. What are your credentials? I doubt whether you won anything at school level either. Learn to appreciate man whatever the small achievement it may be. It is for your own good. This will make your life happier (in this tension filled world)and you will live longer to play with your great grand children.

Good reply Joel...many of our players are winning medals in spite of no proper support from government, sports bodies or sponsors... because cricket gets all the sponsorship and the government is there to eat the money the way they have done to 70,000 cr fund for CWG is proof for that...so winning a medal for any Indian sports person is big achievement against all such odds....

Talents don't depend on size of the Country. Many great athletes were born in small Caribbean islands. You appreciate the hard work of Indian participants.
