Not sleeping, but act as sleeping. Not only Govt, but Media as well, that is the reason, we were able to read this news somewhere inside. And again Cricket has usurped the position of ASIAD winner acchievment. Where same BCCI did not interset to send any team for ASIAD. And, we are still worshipping them...
