Yes be proud of him. Tomorrow some marketing guy will give him 1 Crore endorsement. All news channels will lift him as if he is god and he will flop in the next international event.

Stop critisising everyone ailed because of money.. If u r so much concerned about the pride and dont care about money, come on.. Practice for 4 yrs continuously and become a Olympic champion..
If u cant, then train ur kids from their childhood and make them win in all the international events without looking for money.. U guys can never know the efforts put by sportsmen and when they lose, simply come out with ur bloody mouth and foul language..

at the end of it sports in any stream is difficult than any other profession right now in whole world and in india it the most difficult under this circumstances
We have a long way to go to achieve medals at the International arena. If Saina looses now I have no hope that we will get another gold in Asian games.
Saina nehwal & Jwala-Diju have fought wonderfully at the Asian Games. Its not the win or loss that matters, its how you fought the battle that wins kudos for a warrior. Hard luck Saina & hard luck Jwala-Dipu. We are proud of you.

I don't agree with you Raj. In the game, one has to lose and other has to win. The thing that matter is how you fight? you must give your best and then live the things on destiny. occasionally, it happens that you give your best and still ends up in losing. We really appreciate their effort.

Wrong. The only thing that matters is if you win or lose. If someone wins without giving their 100% they are still winners. iF SOMEONE LOSES AFTER GIVING 150% THEY ARE STILL LOSERS.LOSER.

Wrong. They lost the game, but they are not Losers. If they were losers, they wouldn't have been there in the first place. Even in the fight between Federer and Nadal, there is going to be a loser. Now is Fed/Nadal a loser?

In the end and for time immemorial, the records will show that India lost and people will not remember that India tried hard. The records will be quoted time and again about India's loss. So in the ultimate analysis, it is winning that matters.

What wonderfully well.
They were decimated and thrashed The media is absolutely silent on Jwala's doubles loss with Ponnappa in the pre-quarters itself All of them were busy attending KBC shows instead of practicing As for Saina more over hype by the media The media was more concerned about her buying her Audi and villa Asian Games has given us the ground reality on the level of sports in India

Shiet virdhawal khade got rapped in 100 freestyle :(.. Saala dint even qualify for the finals... On top of that auss came 13th >:(... What happened to all the chapad chapad he did of getting a gold and shiet..
Cuddos to saina. Hard luck. But wheteher india can repeat the 10 gold performance as in Doha atleast. Sports ministry should catch hold of irresponsible federations. BCCI projected prior international commitments for not sending a team. OK for men Newzeland series is there. What about women? Pakistan plays Bangladesh for Gold medal! Pakistani cricket team is playing West Indies. But they send a second string men's team atleast. Now it is a fact that next Asian games at Incheon, South Korea has Cricket included. What will be the response from BCCI? Wheteher they will put up againthe same reason? Next comes AICF. Koneru Humpy is a twin gold medal winner in chess and she is the world number two in women. But All India Chess Federation has not included her in the team. Recently she had made an appeal through press on this. Sports ministry should certainly look into these two severe ill cultured federations.
Saina plays well..its okay she dint get through..it does not happen everytime...shes made india very proud already..and she herself is a very good player and will always remain..saina forget the negative comments you may get..it does not matter..im happy..u rock!!!!!!

What has she made India proud of. We Indians get " proud" by half efforts as we have no sporting heroes. Even before winning she started defaming her Grandmother and all her family. Success got into her head. Pride goes before a fault. Please learn from Nadal on how to be level headed.

Ho ho.. First learn some facts.. Nadal is not a Indian.. Nadal is not a girl.. Nadal never had a GM who was not proud of his birth..
