I saw our SepakTakraw team's match against China. Our team played really well and ran the Chinese quite close.

It is shameful that a big country like India is unable to produce quality performers in many sports because many sports associations are managed by people who are interested in power rather than improving the standards of the sports for which they have taken responsibility. The medals success in CWG is ony a mirage.

This is because when a sportsperson starts playing well the marketing and media guys lift them to clod nine and they lose focus. They are paid so much in endorsement and that is enough. It was pitiable to see Sania lose today to the 17th rank. All the do called " world champions" of India have failed badly. We are going from bad to worse. Small countries like Taiwan. Hong Kong are doing better. What a shame....
BCCI is biggest devil for not allowing cricket team in Asian games.
BCCI & Sharad Pawar interested only in IPL so that they can loot millions...
BCCI soon after best perormers like as a captain Kapil dev was removed in 84 after winning world cup in 83...Sourav ganguly was removed within a year after reaching finals whereas Fixer( azhar) was retained as captain for 10 yrs even if team India failed to reach beyond 2nd round in three world cup Captained by the fixer...
This is how crook BCCI rewards the non performers and humiliates true heros!!!! Shame on BCCI

I totally agree with you. India should have fielded a team in the Asian Games. We have enough players, other than those playing international cricket now, who would have won a medal for us. BCCI should be pulled up by the government for not sending a team.

why to blame only BCCI. Why not individuals like Vishy Anand, Paes/Bhupati for not participating in the event and assured a medal (probably gold)

Fixer Azhar was also elected as MP by the people. People get the leader they deserve. Don't blame the leaders for the mess. Blame the people who elect them
