The main reason behind these top three country's sucess in Asiad & Olympics is diet.
1.China....diet includes all types of living creatures boiled & grilled.
2.South Korea....boiled seafoods & Korean gingseng drink.
3.Japan......Tofu,Sushi foods & Whale meat.
4.India....Spicy foods which kills all the proteins & vitamins which is essiential for our body performance.

By the way,why is India just finishing on 4th position,in so many events? Is it food or lack of killer instinct?

Fact is that ,in those countries there is a sporting environment and culture, state patronage to create champions, what can our athelets look back at their country gazing from Guangzhou?A dismal picture, nothing else...

Nothing will change untill we throw out congress to Arabian sea...

TRUE. Congress is busy on covering up their corruption. MMS, Sonial, Rahul do not face media directly. Instead they send the best lawyers as spokes person to defend their corruption.

There is a bit difference in CWG and Asian game. The games, which we are hoping to get medals, finding tough competition from Asian giant. or may be less practice for the players after CWG celebration.
