What about all the brouhaha a month back when the con games were on?India is a major sporting power & stuff was hyped everywhere.This is a good slap on the faces on people who had started couting their chickens before the eggs were even laid.All India can do is win at SAF / SAARC Games & other such forgettable fora.

Velluri finished 8th on weight lifting. it was a rumor spread by India media that he won the gold, how ironic and pathetic.
