Even though he moves to Real, its difficult to repeat what he did with Inter. To win you need good team and not star players...Mourinho was at Chelsea for three years but could not help them win champions league.

You can't rule out anything when it comes down to the "Special one", he just might pull it off with Real as well, you never know.
Real is also poised to sign some terrific players soon & I'm sure Jose would have a say in the decision making process as well.
As far as Chelsea is concerned, Mourinho might do that once he gets back to EPL after his stint with Real.

why? star players doesnt make a good team?! if you cant make a good team out of star players then its your fault, not player's. dont be a typical opinionist. a good coach will not become bad coaching a team of star player. if he is a good one, he will remain good for ever. strategist never become obsolete, it is only the player who either dont or cant adapt to strategies. and star player can not be a star if he cant or dont adapt to certain strategies. so grow up in thinking mate.
