I feel the boys caste should not have been specified. The very fact that he has worked hard and gained a full Schollarship is a huge achviment in itself. What diffrance does it make in Todays India if the boy was a tribal or a bhramin. Isnt this a form of castesim itself. Will his achivement been of less imporatance if he was a baniya. I feel the very fact that the caste is being specified goes against refiff's own campain against caste based census. He was fit to play he got the scholarship-simple.
history is proof .. indians in majority are criminal ... be it ramayan or mahabharat alwways see few are in gods side rest with demons ... what a shame for us a tribal boy is playing rugby that too for some team in UK..look at the neglected talent that exist ...but dont worry we are happy with failed agni3 one sachin and one gold medal

There's some who are good and there's some who are bad, but most are losers like you, sitting tight and complaining... but, guess what, like that tribal boy, you write your own future... you can spend the rest of life being ashamed, or can do something worthwhile... good luck!

They always want pound of flesh by using their pound/sterling.
In india, they first got their clerks/babus and soldier whom they paid and anglocize to inseminate them back into India to proliferate ghora control and idealogy that still rules indian brains.
Why can't we all leave tribals to the way they have lived for centuries?

Just think what we could have done in world sports if we could make use of the vast talent pool of the tribal population... instead we continue to sideline & marginalize them forcing them to live in poverty. What an Englishman could spot, we could not. What a shame!
