It is distinct style and methord of coaching between pellegrini and Jose Mourinho. Pellegrini believes in free flowing one touch football where are JM is a master tacticion. It will be interesting to see how JM is going to adapt to the Real style of football. With him(JM) coming to Madrid will import Lucio and Chivu and will give KAKA and Rolanldo a bit more of defensive duties just like Eto'o at Inter working in tandom with Micon. With Ganso(Paulo Henrique Lima) being tipped to be part of Real next season it will be interesting to see how JM will work with his tactics coz Ganso, Kaka and Ronaldo are attacking mid-feilders. Moral is Pellegrini should stay or else the Real tradition of attacking football has to compromise with the tactics of the Mastermind of Jose Mourinho.
