Carlo Ancelotti is a great coach....He's neither very timid like Avram Grant nor loud mouthed like Mourinho. Also he doesn't blame the refrees like Ferguson or Rafa after a defeat...and is trying to take Chelsea to greater heights... I think he along with Guus Hiddink and Pep Guardiola is one of the world's best coaches at present..
