Nadal has a very different game. His top spins are particularly lethal on clay courts. Both his masters titles this year has been on clay and he is yet to show the same kind of game on hard surfaces. The fact that he is yet to win a single US open title tells about his game. He is surely be getting most master titles, then winning most grand master titles will be difficult.
Rafael Nadal is back to his mercurial best, and not surprisingly, all his baiters are off the net. I am still sure he is going to better Federer's record of Grand Slam Singles titles, but not even an Anurag Rathore or a bango tango can doubt that by the time he retires, he will have collected so many Masters titles that future generations will find the numbers difficult to believe. And lest I should forget, he looks all set to be back at no.1 position before the end of 2010 season.

you said that right..he certainly is back to his best and by the time he hangs up his boots, the number of master 1000 titles he would have would be improbable to overtook for anyone...but i am not sure if he will be able to overtake federer for GS...16 and 6...its far far away at this point...whatever by the numbers...one thing is for sure, tennis needs a fit and fighting rafael nadal to suatin the excitement...
