abe frustoo....why to write such a big paragraph to vent your frustation.
Guys just see how the pakistan cricket players got banned by their own government for playing against the interest of their own country. These players are not loyal to own land. And Mr. ShahRukh Khan was insisting on allowing them to play in IPL by paying crores of rupees to these players. Now I feel ShivSena was absolutely right in asking shahrukh khan to apologise for him supporting such unloyal pakistan players. Also the Congress government shud be kicked for supporting shahrukh khan just to make sure that they get the minority vote.
Dont you all proud Indians feel that ShivSena was absolutely right in this matter also. Only true Indians will say yes to this and i Guess there are crores of Indians who will agree to my and shivsenas point
The dominance of Hockey by Asians is gone forever. Reasons a plenty : 1)Lack of popularity 2)Pathetic conditions for training 3)Physical shape of the body This has been the same story with Football since yesteryears and now over a decade with hockey.
Where to Go From Here ? a)Lots of investments b)Popularizing the sport at every district level. c)Conduction of tournaments like football league and cricket leagues now. d) Increase the no:of participants for WorldCup(atleast 24) , Champions league ( atleast 10) so that we can have players playing hockey with great zeal and emancipation.
Indian hockey has showed a good performance in this World Cup. Though we are not being able to win many matches but the improvement was thier.
Players also need to be have patience and should not compare their state with the cricket players. They can make this game popular the way Kapil Dev and his team has done in 1983. They need to work upon their weeknesses like defense, man to man marking etc. Even after those week points they seems to beat any team in the world. SO GREAT HOPES

rubbish. We have been playing like this for last 20 years. No improvement whatsoever.

VERY FUNNY!!"KILLER INSTINCT" THIS IS WHAT OUR HOCKEY PLAYERS NEED. OUR HOCKEY PLAYERS SHOULD LEARN TO PLAY ICE HOCKEY, EXACTLY LIKE PAUL NEWMAN'S ICE HOCKEY MOVIE . SWITCH SPORTS FOR TIME.
