Irrespective of the result, as an Asian I am very proud of Japanese team and Thank you Okada for putting Asian football on the world map....... Well done Japan and Okada. I pray and hope that with these experiences, you guys and more so an Asian team will be winners 2018 or 2022... Asian football is still in its infancy compared to europeans and south americans...for whom I guess it runs in their genes...so comparing that good job by South Korea and Japan...

I think we should be thankful to the Japanese coach and the team for the brilliant display of performance and the guts that got them this far, I have always been a great fan of the team and it broke my heart when one goal was missed in the penalty, for some reason I BELIEVED they were winning and they would be the first one to score. But we learn from mistake and hope the Japanese team has learned theirs too if there was any. I hope to see them bring the next world cup home and make Japan and Asia proud, right now we can only congratulate the team for coming this far and hope for the best in future WC.
