 Stealing of 10,550$ & fine of 3957$

wow what a afican court. they stole the things of 10,550$ and special court has given fine of 791.5$ each, means 3957.5$ to all 5 theives. what a judgement. means if u steal 10 caror then u will get a fine of 3 caror then why shouldnt we ?
