Hats off man! It must be quite difficult to combine insularity, stupidity, an inferiority complex, racism and hero worship into a single post yet look how well you have done it!

Why do these technophobes think the human element is out with the introduction of video analysis. Have the infrared cameras and video replays taken out the human element in tennis or cricket?

In fact, more people have started walking in cricket (after being out) than ever because they know they would be caught on the big screen lying.

FIFA is hypocritical when it says it does not want to rely on video cameras for any decision-making. Have they forgotten that the referee had NOT EVEN SEEN the Zidane headbutt against Matterazzi in last 2006, until the video cameras finally showed the replays.

It was only then that the referee decided to red card Zidane. So, the video-based decision-making is already there along with the human element.

FIFA is totally in denial, sorry.

Football = Cricket (for the uninitiated Indians)

England = India
France = Pakistan
Spain = South Africa
Argentina = Australia of today
Brazil = Australia of 90s
Germany = Australia of today
Portugal = England of Ashes 2005
Holland = Sri Lanka
Italy = New Zealand
Uruguay = Less than England more than New Zealand

Unlike cricket, Football is a free flowing game. You cannot see much ads also during a football game. You cannot have a referral system for everything but certainly can have for goal line.

You are wrong - technically it is a goal and it was disallowed. Anyway England would have lost to Germany, that is a different story.

first of all... there are more fast paced game than soccer that use television referral system.
If you are following ice hockey, soccer would seem dull (in terms of pace off course)

And technically it was a goal.

How do u find Tennis is a less fast space game compare to Soccer? Dude, watch an international tennis match then u realize. Tennis played between any top players in world rankings is 10 times faster than these shoot ball. And, basketball or icehockey, u should not include.. these two sports are 100 times faster than football. so, don't bark with ur stupid tech idea.
