ruins the important games. refree blundered in crucial times. england was looking fo requaliser and mexico for momentum. both got demorlised by blunders of refree.

i agree refree is wrong in both the cases but tell me onething she this 2 goals given to them then also they can end in a draw huh??? germany beat england 4-1..Arg beat mex 3-1..if this goals also given they cant draw buddy..this things happen in sports so just chill

the goal defict increased mainly bcoz of demoralising effect. i am not saying right decisions would have changed the outcome, but it could have been more needling even contest without controvery.

Dear Dubey ji. Don't go by mere mathematics. Moment a goal is scored or a silly mistake is commited, then there is psychological effect (either positive or negative). When the effect is negative, then there are more mistakes and the end result is not good for the affected team or player. It happens in every day life also. same thing happened in case of England and Mexico. Who knows, if the blunders were not commited, result may have been different. I believe that such mistakes by referee could have been avoided, had there been a technology used. Like the use of third umpire in case of cricket. But at the same time one has to check whether it affects the entertainment quotient of the match. After all the spectators should be entertained to increase or sustain the popularity of the game. What has happened is gone. FIFA should not dwell on the same. FIFA should look forward and take steps to ensure that such things are not repeated.

and also they are distributing yellow cards as if distributing toffees.! the game between portugal and brazil was on verge creating some sort of record. LOL

hhhahha.. the game between portugal & brazil, was a real record for yellow cards... I thought the referee wud also give a yellow card to both the coaches :-)

england actually equalized..but stupid (blind) referee could not see, thus England were demorilized..blame it on FIFA..

Argentina and Germany should never face each other at least not in quarter finals. this world cup is favoring some cheap nations and Brazil.

i agree with atleast this in quarter final this teams should not have matches..this match will be like world cup final match...favouring i dont agree as FIFA is very big orginazation...not like BCCI of india

the case of costa rica is a case point, they got the toughest group...they were better than Korea..
