Today life style has changed much.We are very much concerned about our Diets and Zym to maintain our physique but very little we spend our energy in physical involvements. All our religious rituals are entrusted to our paid priests and domestic work have been entrusted to our servants, even love making to our wives and girl friends are left to our drivers and domestic servants or to Mobile Servers.In suh Art of Living we identify ourselves with the players and watch 'Footbal Match' sitting in our rooms on TV or Stadium as per our convenience.As we do not find opportunity to play in the field we watch the players watching them playing.We shout, we cry, we jump sometimes we weep sometimes we break our TVs ,sometimes we paint our selves and dance .In this fashion style and Art of Modern Living we spend a little our large stored energy.
