Anurag,
It is a credit to have jealous followers. Keep cool and continue your comments. This worm doesn’t deserve reply.
These fights for survival makes Federer little more competitive and confident. After claiming French Open and breaking Sampras record title, Federer is little relaxed. Adversity is what thrive champions to play at full strength.

Roger Federer has won 16 Grand Slams and has been to 24 Grand Slam Quarter Finals without a break.
I have been following Tennis since 1962, and therefore can say with some authority that Roger Federer is the Greatest ever.
Therefore, Roger Federer has to be the favourite to win any tournament he enters.
Such hiccups mean nothing for a champion like Federer. In coming rounds, he is simply blow away anyone on the other side of the court.
Rafael Nadal has an injury prone style. I shall be surprised if he is not injured before Semi-final, where he will have to slug it out with Andy Murray. Final will of course be played between Federer and Murray, which Federer will win in straight sets.

i doubt whether you watch tennis from 1962 because you seem to have forgotten ROD LAVER,the GREATEST MALE PLAYER EVER-the only player to have won two calendar year grand slams..and know what he was forbidden from playing grand slams for 6 years(when he was at his peak),because only amateurs were allowed to comete in grand slams bofore open era...pls be frank and say that you like federer..dont take the authority jus because u ve watched it from 1962!!the way you forgot ROD LAVER shows how closely you followed tennis.

VASDEFERENS....Like a true Fedex fan,you simply had to come back and talk about Nadal.Nadal fans seldom need to bring someone else down.Just like Fedex himself, his fans have a Rafa phobia.Since you have made such a grand prediction, maybe you can also go ahead and predict who will win the FIFA World Cup,the NASCAR,Superbowl, and the next cricket world cup?Not only have you been following tennis since 1962-you are also stuck in 1962.Take a walk.

GREATEST EVER

No doubt Federe is the greatest ever in the history of tennis. But ya, something is missing. I hope federer will recover from this situation. I wish him luck and all the best for rest of his career.

Yes. The focus is missing. May be due to lack of motivation. He has won everything in the world of tennis (including olympic gold). In addition he has become a father for the first time. This may be the reason
His is a beautiful game to watch. Unlike others who play power tennis, he is all grace and poise like a poetry in motion.
I wish he equals Pete Sampras's record of seven wimbledon titles this time. Because he truly deserves it.

I do agree with you both, Jaideep & Joel!
It's due to lack of motivitaion. After wining the French Open, he has nothing to win now. More besides, he has got a wonderfull gift from his wife, a twin! He must be on cloud nine nowadays. Whatever, he is more than any words likes Brilliant, genius or anything like these. I just love watching his game but hell, I don't know when they are aired on TV?
