Someone explain this please, after Rollan Garos Nadal is supposed to be the No.1 seed by taking over Federer. But what I see in Wimbledon is Federer is still the top seed and Rafa(2). Why's that?

Seedings are different from ranking. Nadal is number1 in ranking. A better player on that surface maybe given a higher seeding.
I watched Nadal play on grass today...he is as good as he is on clay. Nadal might win Wimbledon this year. Watched Federer too yesterday...not playing his best tennis...Rafa is better.
