I agree they may not 'top' after this result. But to qualify they just need to beat Chile (even 1-0 would do) as Chile beat Honduras 1-0 only. The swiss can go top of the group by beating Honduras 3-0 (assuming spain - chile is 1-0)

In fact Swiss go top of the group with even 2-0 (spain chile 1-0) as they beat Spain.
