Forget about Italy, Spain, France, England & Germany ... all the European "Super-Powers" look terribly out of place and out of sorts in South Africa. By far the best two teams so far have been Brazil and Argentina. Would love to see their giants clashing in the finals - it will be a clash of the Titans.
This team always plays negative and even though referee was heavily favoring Italy they couldnt win. in 2006 Italy won by fluke against France and thanks to Zidanes stupid egoistic mistake

Ram U R right on that 100%, had Zidane not done that mistake, Zidane would have scored goal in the penalty kick, that would have gone in favor of France. But Italy played very well also and missed quite a few opportunities, so that way they deserved the World Cup 2006. Don't forget they beat Germany in their own soil, that showed their power.
This World Cup as it appears Argentina is becoming the favorite to be the Champion. And the possibility of Brazil vs Argentina is high now. Seems Meci is going to be the next Maradona.

U must be an insecure man and also a Slave to yr British Masters. Cricket shows a Slave Nation, don't understand how desi fools watch that boring crap when the world has rejected that game. Anyway anything is possible in India...the man who divided India is called Father of the Nation and it shows what is the definition of the word fool.

Sanatan, Gandhiji didnot create Pakistan, it was Jawaharlal Nehru who has instigated Jinnah to shout for Pakistan.It is Nehru's poisionous policies even after independence the result of which we are suffering from.

Cricket represents a Slave Nation, and it's one of the reasons why India is failing in the major World Events.
Look at China they R strong in Football, but this year they couldn't make it in the world cup, but Japan and South Korea made it in '06 and '10.
If Cricket is banned in India, we would be able to produce World Class Athletes like China/Japan etc has.
But India is a Slave Nation so it's not possible, but Slavery always rules with India and Indians. Be very proud of that and support Cricket.

lucky you, your god is quite an verstile fellow, which shop you got him from?
since last year won by a European Team alternatively won by Europe & Latin America except 1958 & 1962 where won by Brazil except 1934 & 1938 where won by Italy
in this world cup the S. American teams have proved their all round superiority in all aspects of the game including in passing, heading, dribbling, and also have more stamina and can run about the field for entire 90 mins and also extra time.
Biggest flops are the European teams comprising France, Italy, England, Germany, Spain I think the hype concerning these teams is too much

there is no joy in watching France without Zidane, Italy without Andrea Pirlo. England is always overhyped, too many cooks spoil their broth. but Germany has certainly impressed.. from the last cup infact. lets see whether Spain can pick themselves up. i'm a forevr Argentine fan :) SA football rocks!
