Why don't we get a foreign coach, someone like one of the above mentioned coaches and try to improve football in India instead of spending so much of money on those cricket loosers ?

Winning the match is all in the strategies of the coach. talent comes later. I think a jose muroniho type coach is reqd for any team to win the WC. maybe he might be defensive in his approach given the team he has nevertheless his strategy works well. at the end of the day, all it matters is who won the torunment & not how they won... just like how he did it for Inter milan.
