rio is defintely not a leader. he might be a big fig for Man U fans but i dont think he shud ever be team. if he is there, he would only become a liability to the team. i think it is better england forget tery's off pitch activities & rename him the captain. he is a born leader & if england hav to reach to semi he shud lead the team. i dont think rooney will last for more than 2 matches given his injury record in past. better eng go with deofe as the main striker for the team
Capello should be relieved now. Ferdinand was not a good player, was not in good shape either. Most important is, he was not a captain material. Gerrard will definitely prove better than Ferdinand and should have been selected as captain on the first place.
Last week in the few warm-up matches the news has been those of injured players. Now ferdinand and drogba, what is going to happen in real matches if this is happening in practice matches and training session.....
