most of the people who participated in this forum has little knowledge abt football.they know only brazil r argentina.nobody knows abt dutch football.they r the inventors of beautiful football.frm 1974 yr after yr they played beautful football .most of the times they loose to brazil who play unsttarctive football. the football played by spain in recent yrs is the carbon copy of dutch football.due to many failures dutch switched to europe style foot ball played by germany,france,italy etc who tasted much more success with inferior quality football.so we as fans of holland not happy with this yrs matches but disappointed with the result.if brazil played against spain i am very sure they would hv beaten spain.still i am of the view tht spain is very lucky in finals.very very lucky offside goal.corner kick not given to dutch.that free kick for spain resulted in the goal.coz spain winners nobody think of the loosers.all ridiculed dutch.but dutch r the real winners of this wc 2010.

that was not offside.you seem to be a hardcore dutch supporter crybaby.All the dutch players except ROBBEN,KUYT,VAN PERSIRE,STEKELENBERG AND SNEIJDER deserved red cards the way they played in the finals.THANK GOD SPAIN THE BETTER TEAM WON.
I perfectly beleive that the dutch team were at par with the spaniards in every department , yellow cards were not beacuse of their fault but majorly because of the referee, they played truly as next to the world champions . Just seeing the yellow cards on the match does not say that the team was rough.

THE DUTCH SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED A KICK IN THEIR POSTERIORS DUE TO THE UGLY WAY THEY PLAYED IN THE FINALS.
They played fair game. But because of bad luck they lost finals. they have won their last 14 games without defeat and did not loos since 2 years. So they deserve great welcome back party. I know them I had been there so they are not racist.

It is not true to say Spain may be world champions, they are world champions. They played beautiful game but the Dutch just played dirty games. The referee should have shown red card to atleast 2 netherland players even before half time.. dirty dutch. Apart from an off colour Brazil they got easy opponents..

AT LEAST 6 DUTCH PLAYERS DESERVED RED CARDS IN THE FINALS STARTING WITH NIGEL DE JONG.
Heroic welcome for what? Gaining so many yellow cards and let off from being given two red cards in the final is certainly no heroic deed. They deserved to be punished rather than giving them any sort of welcome.

At least, They didn't sit & watch Spain game as German's did in semis.

Dear Jimmy (is that ur real name...I'm really sorry about that)...I think you should realize that it is not just the one game, but the entire tournament...they played really well and final had to be rough..think about the pressure these players are under..n stop barking

Strange that we comment on countries that have made it to the very finals of the FIFA WC2010. It is for their country to give them the welcome... and they are right in doing so... These guys have played - first to qualify in the playoffs and qualifiers - and made it to the final 2.

yes, i too differ with jimmy. dutch played well in d entire tournament. result wud have been different if robben cud have scored d 2 golden opportunities. and remember dat spain's iniesta was offside 1st time b deflection frm dutch defender. 2nd time he was onside. refereee missed it.

THEIR 74 HERO JOHAN CRUYFF WAS RIGHT WHEN HE SAID THAT THE DUTCH PLAYED AN UGLY GAME IN THE FINAL AND IT WAS GOOD THAT SPAIN WON.
