An octopus has only neural network which can get attracted to a particular country label by chemotaxis.Some one is playing a rude joke on Media.Remember most Media persons are Arts,Commerce or law graduates who have very less knowledge of Biology.But to exploit their ignorance is meanness.

An octopus will get attracted to food which can be kept inside the chamber desgnating the Country. Also a very advanced soft ware is now available to predict good teams based on the movement of ball and players.It can easily predict the winner.Goals are outcome of what happens before it is score.
By eliminating goals and just watching the ball movement and movement of players we can mathematically conclude a good team.
