Klose's parents are Germans born in Poland, Mario Gomez's mother is German, Baoteng's mother is German...only Cacau does not have any German connection and has qualified b'cos he has spent the requisite number of years in Germany to be a citizen. It is not as if Germany has imported these players, they have always ahd a right to represent Germany legally. Also, 11/23 represents a minority, not a majority. Why should we harp on the ancestry of players rather than enjoying their skills? Its just a case of sour grapes for people like Bikash Mohapatra cos I'm sure if a Brazilian decides to play for INdia t'row, we'll not hear one single quip from him!

After EU has come up, Germans have started to think them as Europeans.....that led to all these players to be included in their side.....Still the heart of Germany is lahm, Mueller, Mertesacker, neuer, Friedrich.....But Klose, Podolski, Mario Gomez they should not be considered non-Germans.....This is very common in Europe to marry other nationalities.....

You mean cricket ? Canada and US dont play cricket. The others will give up soon and Indians will take over their cricket team.
mesut ozil is very talented german player alongwith klose, forming best german attack on the front and if both of them click together they can even final by minimum 2 goal margin. so i wish both of them very nice future and wish for this world cup win over their rivals. i hope that germany will bring world cup glory to their country, feeling pround germans.

Well done..even if argentina will be losing 1-2.he will inspire them to come from behind and beat the non resident germans in 50 % original german team

whether king or queen, Germans have a clear strategy to meet the hand-of-god argentina team..Like Brazil, Argentina will fail. Only Germans should be vary of Spain in the finals..
