if one handles the ball in his own penalty box, FIFA has the actions written for it. suarez knew it and stopped the ball and was ejected from the game. he wanted his team to stay in the game, perfectly ok. ghana missing the penalty is their bad luck.
The Referee should have given the goal and Suarez the red card. This would mean that Ghana would be playing the Dutch and the Suarez missing the next FIFA match. Come on play fair.
