I have always wondered why the germans are never thought of as a favourites to win the cup or be in finals every time around, when they are one of the most performing teams in the history of the game.that is when ppl expect teams like england to win the cup!!
No nonsense , clinical, precise and even then managing to be stylish, this national team is always a threat in world cups, while teams like england are a threat to the game!!
Argentines for overconfident, complacent and sounded patronising when its germany which has a better record at the world cup obviously. They didnt give germans the respect they deserve as always, and got thrashed.

who knows it cd be fixed..where is the national spirit these days?? if u show a player currency all the nationalism goes in the air...looks like only the octopus is the true patriot as it always chooses the germans...no wonder the rest of the matches goes the octo way...

This sure has been a topsy-turvy cup. All predictions have gone haywire. We were expecting Brasil-Argentina final and both the teams are out in quarter finals itself! Now it is for Paraguay and Uraguay to ensure South American flag flys high. I am rooting for paraguay even though I know Spain is the team to beat.
