As if its a take away eatable counter that you have set up, Ronaldinho would have tried to do his best but just don't blame it on Dunga or any coach for that matter.

Ronaldinho was in form since last november, at the time of team selection dunga said he is just doing it well to get in to the squad.... Now come on! as a coach he cannot say like this to any player.... what was the problem that he denied ronaldinho to get in to the squad........
Match fixing I guess; 1st half B played brilliantly. 2nd half they dint play at all. Dunga was not there at all. fabiano dint play. Red card was invited for the player had already fallen. There was no need to stamp him, that too lightly... just to get red card.
Dunga called the 1982 Brazilian Team, one of the best ever, 'specialists in losing'. He believed in curbing the natural flair of the players, and sacrificing the natural attacking game the Brazilians are known for, for tightening the defense in true Italian style. At least now, he should admit it was a mistake. Compare this with Indian Hockey. Whatever India can hope to achieve in Hockey, they can achieve by sticking to their own style of play, and not just aping the Europeans. Brazillians might still have lost the game had they chosen to play Samba Soccer, but in that case, we would have felt sorry for them, and have felt the pain of better team losing. 1982 Team is still remembered, but nobody will talk about this 2010 outfit. They played like any other team, and deserved to lose this one.

Its really disheartening to watch Brazil going in the quarter finals like in 2006 and felt that the samba dribbling like denilson and scoring abilities like Ronaldo,Adriano freekicks like Roberto Carlos, playmaker like Ronaldijhinio, defender like Cafu were missing in the line up and to be fair enough Netherlands put up a concerted effort and the spirit of Football has to go on and i feel Dunga has made the right decision and its high time to bring in Ronaldo (still having a high scoring rate in the clubs)Ronaldijhinio, Adriano, Roberto Carlos not considering their age but the experience and skill they still have is really amazing. So dont cry over the spilt milk now and BRAZIL we are still with you and eagerly awaiting for 2014 world CUP Finals. HAts off to all the Brazilian fans
Brazil badly missed Adriano and Ronaldinho ..Dunga was overconfident and didn take these guys..anyways it was expected the day they cud n t win against portugal...if you analyzed closely u cud see they just played average game althrough and tried to follow the european way which didn fit them !! hopefully new coach gets the team back to attacking latin american style!!!

The Best player in the match was the REF(40 Fouls). Guys I'm not sure about Adriano but definately missed Ronaldinho & Pato beacuse like other world cups there was no one to take Ronaldo's place. Fabiano is good but not a match winner. Kaka can't do it all. Lets see what happens in the next world cup as it's in BRAZIL but was Lucio's last world cup.

Adriano wasn't in the best of form...I think the guy Brazil missed most was Pato..he is phenomenal striker, I don;t know what problem Dunga had with him,

Brazil needs an actor like Robben. He was so good that the ref didn't see the falls. But whatever the reason they let go in the second half. Good if Dunga goes make be we'll get another coach whose head is on his shoulder

Elton, Not really, it was Filipe Melo who should have kept his cool and avoided kicking Rooben when he was grouded and acting. Filipe couldn't control his angst for scoring the own goal. Just remember, football is 80 percent playing skills and 20 percent acting.

Everything except football is seen in this game. Pushing and pulling by hand, beating with the elbow on the face, willfull wholebody collision, acting(in which Maradona is the best) and above all abusive verbal exchanges...! Football is transforming more and more into WWF.
