Im a great fan of fedex, but like Joker tells batman "YOU COMPLETE ME " in the movie Dark Knight. Without Nadal there's no glory for federer. He may win 16 or 22 or much more. But Nadal need to beaten in French open. Thats a match i love to watch. Both of them at their best. Fedex win most matches becoz, he handles pressure. All other players dont find their usall game or rythm against fed barring nadal, thats why nadal is his nemisis. Its all a mental game, oppenents are not able produce their against him. Look at Roddick, what fedex had done to him. His carrer is over becoz of federer. Nadal in the only one who can really pose a threat to fed or maybe Murray oneday. Theres no mercy for young players, federer was in grand slam since 1999, in the era of samprass and agassi but we know him only from 2003. 4 years to shape a champion. If Nadal can keep himself from injuries, he can emulate federer. But staying in middle for such a long period itself is divine. 22 finals...Nadal thats a record you need to emulate.

thanks , u great fan of federer, u wanna federer beate nadal in french open, super..everybody knows nadal is a clay court specialist,(great smaprass never enter french open semifinal, as well as no other clay court specialist in this eara) it is almost impossible to beat him in clay..but if federer plays his full form nadal cannot touch him in hard court and grass..

He is truly an amazing and out of this world player....I wish if he would have been there during the times of Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras.....because there is no other player in the current arena who can match up his skills....

agreed fed is the greatest player. but guys how can you not encourage new players and insult young players... how can you keep shagging and worshipping one player...

this is really depressing.. we should encourage new players. nadal up until early last year had 7 grand slams, beaten fed on all major surfaces and never lost on clay. he is just not the same after march last year aftet that marathon match with djokovic in which he got injured.

forget nadal dont u feel happy to encourage new players. fed 16 slams - r u getting something out of it? i mean its getting really boring now. i just dont understand how can someone keep shagging and worshipping on one player. please explain lol

Young payers in professional circuits have to lift themselves, just what Nadal did.
We could see the adrenaline in Nadal's game- it was not for long duration-- the way fed plays is for long tenure-- just not power. so these young guys loose momentum after 3-4 yrs and go somewhere in dark. Unlike other game, this demands a lot and one can not relax. Thats the reason that Guys like pete sampreas, agassi, now fed stands at different platform-

The true measure is longevity and consistency.. Federer is worshipped cos he has both of them. he has consistently performed well for over 5years now. Many youngsters have come and gone during this period unless someone consistently beats federer and plays for as long as he does there would be no other favorite... As for youngsters sure one shud not insult them i think it was gr8 to c Del potro win against him and it wud have been gd for Murray to hbeat him but, it is even better for tennis to c FEDEX take these challenges and overcome them... it is real pleasure watching it just for the quality of tennis.

u dont have to understand...if the young players are not getting enough motivation to win a grand slam nothing can motivate them enough..and for ur point Federer was once 22 and he had to achieve what he is today..I can worship Fed because he's creating benchmark for generations coming and finally its the pure joy of watching him even against Nadal...

fed has the will to come again and again and eventually won the french. thats the true winner- repeated story of spider we learnt in our childhood.
Moreover he never lost ( just once) so easily from Nadal- always fought and pulled him to 5 sets- but see muray, he was just reckless-- how can u encourage such a guy, who has no nerves
