I find this kind of treatment everywhere.. Even the young Nobel Laureate of Indian origin said the same thing it is official apathy and messing up that thwarts great brains from accieving their best. Something needs to be done immediately, be it Hockey, Shooting, any other sport or academic brilliance. The obstructionists must be weeded out forthwith.

Why dont you consider migrating to Canada, UK, USA or other countries? Your own future will be assured. And you can have a decent life also. He is from a very rich family of India. His father has established a fortune of more than Rs. 2000 Cr. He does not care for a future. HE already recd. a gold medal and acheived what he wanted. So do not lure him to settle down in other country. He is having a very good life than those countries you mentioned.
