the apathy towards sport and the way it is run in our country is a national shame.. better to stop playing the sport unless the country is capable of providing enough money and facilities. nothing more shameful to see talented sportsmen who chose to play for the country inspite of poor returns beg and be humiliated this way those sportsmen could have easily chosen an easier and comfortable profession over this if they were in other countries they would be doing gr8 in sport
Shame to all called successful Indian Multinationals.... they are eager to spend so much for cricket.... but no one came forward for Hockey.... Is an amount 1 crore too much to spend for these companies?? Why all the time Sahara has to rescue?? Thanks Sahara for saving country's image....we are deeply indebted to you
just giving money to players wont bring results netherlands has hundreds of astro turf training facilities even though its such a tiny country we hardly have 10.. and player travel,accomodation, diet, equipment , allowance is poor.. if this is the state of the national team, wat abt the juniors.. they must be treated like dirt.. cannot win much2 without all these things..
Thats Good decision from IOA. Der aye durust aye. Atleast our National Game players should not get such a low treatment. All are just praising Cricket no ones think of Hockey & such other games which are best in their own way.
the have no money why they form association and put loss of ruppes in staf and presedint of that association. the varoius state goverment is giving money and why the sponcer give money. it ist brive to goverment organisation.

I think there mind must be counting the bucks they will be getting after so many sponsors rushing up to them with lot of money & they will not concentrate of wining the world cup so be ready to give them the treat they deserve after loosing the world cup
