He is on your right, with the shaved head. If you google him, you will find that he was ace man-to- man marker, and one of the most agile defenders against penalty corner shots.He used to rush out at incredible speed to block shots. Just as I said, a real hero!!!!! India salutes you Viren!!!!!

My heart bursts with admiration when other sportsmen / women who played with all their hearts for India are praised and considered hero.
Viren Rasquinha is a fine choice as next (or a future) hockey coach for our Indian team. The management degree will also help big time ! Are you game to take up this challenge, Virem ?
