I would definitely say that the condition of Hockey Players is really pathetic seeing the amounts of $20, $14..Shame on Indian Govt for putting up billion dollars in Swiss banks but not supporting the national game. This UPA govt is good for nothing. At the same time we as people should boycott Cricket especially IPL. Those crickters earn millions but never contribute to the society.

Players even deserve more than they are asking.Hockey players getting 25000 per month other side cricket player gets yearly contract around 25 lakh to one crore ,Match fees one Lakh for each one and advertisments.This is totally unfair these poor players.Shame to hockey India.Come on sell ur players like BCCI does.
we call hockey as national game but we shy off when it is actually played if administrator is truly sports lover he will forfeit his money for game but in India all are interested to become administrator they can earn many fold more than poor hockey player If HI is planning B side then it should be banned & not allowed to play it will be shame to administrator & politician.
