They will talk in a civilized manner when holding talks with our Diplomats indoors but when they come out and address the press they will show their belligerence. They will send their sports team to play in Indi but will not give permission to their minister to go and watch it. They will kill the Talibans one day and will sleep with the Talibans the next day.
